Perceived Ease of Use

Adams, Nelson, and Todd (1992) initially deleted the items in italics in their replication.  Eventually they restored "It was easy to become skillful using it.", and added "It is easy to remember how to perform tasks using it."

Morris and Dillon (1997) found 1, 2, 5, and 6 in the 2nd group loaded well on Ease of Use, and 2, 3, 4, 6 in the first group loaded well on Usefulness when they tested a Web browser.
